Welcome to FlowTide. By accessing or using our service at flowtide.top (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

FlowTide hosts games from third-party developers. All games, trademarks, and game assets remain the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of embedded games or third-party websites linked through our Service.

6. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. 10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

12. Force Majeure

FlowTide shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
